    First of all, we meet at Esquilino Market and have a walk inside while shopping the ingredients we need and tasting products from vendors. Purchase for fresh ingredients, taste products from vendors: cheese, prosciutto, pizza, and so much more. After shopping, proceed to the cooking school, One Day Chef is in the only facility in Rome set up to give cooking classes for tourists. Eat what you make not what you watch. Recipes of what you prepared will be emailed to you so you can replicate the dishes in your home.
