Island Peak expedition (6189m) in Everest region is among very famous mountaineering expeditions in Nepal. Although Nepal is home to 8 out of 14 highest peaks in world going over 8,000 meters, numerous other mountains in the Himalayan region draw a large number of climbers every year because climbing them is equally demanding, and equally adventurous. Just like the legendary 8 thousanders, these lesser mountains give a good test to the skills and acumen of the mountaineers. Breakfast
Meals: 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner, which you can choose from the menu) during the trek; breakfast in Kathmandu. Meal will be prepared by our guide during the climbing period.

Human resource: A professional and experienced Climbing guide (English-speaking); and porter for 2 climbers (carrying up to 25 kg); all the expenses for the guide and porter(s) are covered (wages ,accommodation, meals, transportation, insurance, etc.). High altitude workers special insurance.
