My name is Alec and I am a Chef with 22 years of experience. I am very happy to invite you to my RudeChefKitchen Culinary studio in Sitges, the most beautiful town in Catalonia.
We are only 30 minutes away from Barcelona.
The studio is on the rooftop, with open-air space and fully-equipped.
Lets fry, roast, cook, bake!
During our master-class you will see that you are a Chef as well, because I will show you all local secrets and you will be a professional Paella-chef in the end. We will cook Paella on an open fire which makes it more flavored and authentic.
