    This highly interactive course focuses on 'Hands On' cooking under the expert guidance of a professional local Chef. The 4 week Certificate Course is our Flagship course and has been running at Cooks Academy for 15 years. It is very popular with both Irish and international students. We teach all the basic french cooking techniques to give you confidence in your own kitchen. Our chefs are passionate about teaching and also give many contemporary variations of dishes including an insight into our own heritage and traditional Irish food. Many local Irish ingredients such as crab, salmon, asparagus, dublin bay prawns, grass fed beef, heritage potatoes and local herbs and berries are showcased during the course. You'll really taste the difference when using these great quality ingredients!
