What to Expect

    You will receive expert surf instruction from our talented surfing team whether you’re an absolute beginner or you’ve been surfing for years! Twice daily yoga sessions in the mornings and afternoons will perfectly complement your surf practice, helping to build your strength, flexibility and balance for when you’re out on the board. Our Yoga teachers are highly qualified and design inspired for creative classes drawing on influences from a range of yoga styles including Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Kundalini. Incorporating the core elements of asana practice, pranayama and guided meditations. Classes are taught on our secluded rooftop terrace and offer breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean.
