Stop At: Agadir Kasbah, Agadir 80100 Morocco

The Kasbah of Agadir Oufella is renowned for its grandeur. It is a fortress perched atop the city and beach at 236 meters high. Built in 1540 by Mohammed Ech-Cheikh, a Moroccan Sultan from the Saadian dynasty, it was reconstructed in 1752 to fortify the security of Agadir after an earthquake in 1960 left only its entrance door intact. This site offers sweeping views of the city and unforgettable sunsets.
