This program is designed for the aspiring Gelato Entrepreneur who has no knowledge or experience in Gelato. The objective of these classes is to teach the basic theoretical and practical concepts necessary to produce superior Gelato. Students will acquire sufficient knowledge, skills and confidence to set up their own Gelateria.
