(6 Reviews )

Duration

clock2 hours 30 minutes

Overview

Cagliari still retains many underground archaeological areas that reveal a continuity of use that extends from the Punic era to the nineteenth century. Ancient cults, prisons, popular legends and mysteries of the subsoil are also linked to the sad parenthesis of the bombings of the Second World War.
The route takes place within the underground areas of the Bastione di Saint Remy, the crypt of Santa Restituta and the Holy Sepulcher. The length of the route is about 2 km for a low level of difficulty on terrain that is sometimes steep and has stairs.
