This is a walking tour designed for a unique and memorable experience, where you will visit the magical place of Turda Salt Mine.
Turda Salt Mine it’s probably one of the most important and interesting places to see in Transylvania and one of the most visited sights in Romania, located within 120 meters depth below the sea. Turda Salt Mine was placed by Business Insider at the top of their list of the ten “coolest underground places in the world”
This experience will start in Cluj-Napoca with a 30 minutes public bus ride to Turda, near the Salt Mine. After a short walk the magic will happen, when we enter in the underground. The Salt Mine is a genuine history museum of Salt exploitation where history and futuristic elements meet, all in a very healthy micro-climate.
In addition, the Salt Mine gives the opportunity to present you the only underground Ferris wheel in Europe and we will have the advantage of the healthy salt therapy.
