    Join your local host Mary at her large, colorful Provencal-style kitchen with an Aga oven. Learn to cook a seasonal, modern Irish meal from fail-safe recipes that Mary has perfected over the years. During your hands-on cooking class you will learn to cook 2-3 dishes from scratch - an appetizer, a main dish and a side or dessert - before you sit down at the table to share the meal you helped prepare. Please note that as some dishes take a while to prepare, Mary will have a few dishes cooked ahead of time for your meal. 

    Your gourmet menu may include dishes such as an appetizer of Howth smoked salmon and dill tower with citrus avocado mousse and micro-herbs, a main of Irish chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms and parsley in a lime marmalade sauce served with creamed potatoes or pan-fried duck breast in Mary’s signature citrus-soy sauce served with green beans and glazed carrots, and a dessert of a raspberry pavlova or chocolate roulade with freshly whipped cream.
