We are located in a beautiful apartment in Amsterdam's elegant business district where Chef Eliane, a multiple-award winning chef, prepares delectable menus with fresh seasonal ingredients
She uses high-quality local ingredients that are bought every morning from the farmers around Amsterdam. Because of Chef Eliane's interactive style of service, she is on hand to explain how the dish was prepared and where the ingredients are grown. This makes this dining experience so different and memorable
We also offer vegetarian and vegan menus upon request. Our communal table seats up to 8
