Calling all oyster lovers! Learn more about this amazing food on our ship! Board our boat and get close to an oyster farming raft. Watch oyster harvesting up close. The view of the large number of oysters cultivated from a ten-meter fishing strand coming out of the sea is truly a magnificent sight!
Indulge in the beauty of Itsukushima Shrine from the sea as we approach the great shrine gate. After that, we will return to the Shimada Suisan oyster factory and watch how the oysters are unloaded from the ship. Observe the skilled workers shuck the oysters in a speedy fashion.
At the end of the tour, you will enjoy a fisherman-style meal of rice porridge with fresh oysters. (Optional)
