Learn To Cook From a Local: Private Cooking Class In an Istanbul Home

You've heard so much about the delicious food that is enjoyed by Turks. It's time to get your hands dirty and make some special Turkish meals. To make sure you get it right, you'll be learning from a local. It's a 4-hour food tour that lets you explore the culinary art of Turkey from inside a home. Travelers will be taught their way around the kitchen by the Mother-daughter team of Nuray and Ipek. They will teach travelers how to prepare Turkish delicacies such as barbunya pilaki (beans stewed in a tomato and lemon sauce), karniyarik (eggplant stuffed with mincemeat and tomatoes) and iAcli kofte (stuffed bulgar meatballs). There are quite a good number of secrets to learn from them. Learn and help in the cooking process with Murray and Ipek and then sit down to enjoy a meal of all that you have prepared. Enjoy a meal of all the homemade food alongside a cup of coffee. The class is open at multiple times daily. It's a private tour and only those booked for it will take part.

The trip is a private cooking class with the mother-daughter team, Murray, and Ipek. There's some bottled water to keep you refreshed during the tour. Travelers also get to try out a glass of Turkish wine. A local tour guide is on hand to take them through the culture related to the cooking.
