    My name’s Francesca, a food blogger, cooking class chef and above all an Authentic Tuscan Food Ambassador. I was born in the hearth of Tuscany and I still live here in my family country? home? where my cooking classes take place. My cooking classes are pure passion and they are not just “a recipe to take home”, are a journey into private and local history, memories, proverbs & legends, something you cannot find in a commercial class. I spent my childhood around the fire cooking with my great grand mother and growning up along with all of the flavors of all that is typically Tuscan, not wasting anything,respecting the seasons and making dishes with few ingredients; many of the traditional dishes are without meat, so vegetarian, as once they couldn't afford it. My wish, is to share my Family recipes with all the food lovers in the world for saving ancestors’ teachings through the time.You’re welcome in my home, ready to show you “my vegetarian Tuscany”
