Meet your guide at St. Matthias Church in the morning and shop for ingredients for a seasonal German dish at Winterfeldmarket. Discover rare ingredients like wild herbs, edible flowers, foraged mushrooms, wild game, and wonderful fresh Turkish delicacies. Your cook will guide you through aspects of German food culture, seasonal customs, and its history of organic farming. Then put on your apron and cook a typical three-course menu using the fresh ingredients. The afternoon culminates as you enjoy a home-cooked meal, served with beer and wine.
