Thank you for your question. Upon purchase of your Milano City Card, you get phone numbers of local activity and destination contact personnel’s included in the Confirmation Voucher sent to your email which you can call to inquire about the use of the 2 free rides included on your voucher. The ride is either a taxi, a luxurious sedan or SUV. It is best to book 2 to 3 days in advance before your trip.

How does one use the 2 times of personal transportation up to 15 Euros that is part of the Milan City Card? Is it a taxi, uber/lift, or something else that one would call? How far in advance does one need to schedule? This would be good to get from our hotel to the train station on the day we leave. It seems a waste of a day since that is all we would use it for, but it may still be worth it.
