    Meet your guide on Plaza de la Constituci³n. Then stroll through the historic center as your local guide chats to you about Spanish cuisine. Get intimate with locals as you learn the tapas etiquette of sharing everything in sight. The dishes you will try vary from tour to tour, but expect to be served up to 15 tapas at 3 different bars. Savor succulent, wafer-thin jam³n, fresh-from-the-sea sardines - a Malaga specialty - mouth-watering prawns, and juicy tomatoes served with hunks of soft bread. Each stop includes a regional or Spanish beverage, such as Victoria or San Miguel beer, Moscatel dessert wine, and Andalucia ubiquitous sherry.
