Philadelphia airport (PHL) transfer by train is accessible by SEPTA Regional Rail.

Train option getting to city main 3 stations: 30^th Street Station; Suburban Station; and Market East cost $6.75 one-way. Travelling to any other station beyond city center cost $9.25. Trains travel every 30 minutes from 4:52am to 11:52pm (city center to airport) and from 5:07am to 12:30am (airport to city center).

Southeastern Pennsylvanian Transportation Authority, SEPTA provides train services that get to all major PHL terminals and reach Centre City in approximately 25 minutes. Trains run 7 days a week from 5:00am to 12:00pm. Fares onboard trains are cash only.

30^th Street Station: 19 minutes at $7

Suburban Station: 24 minutes at $7

Market East: 29 minutes at $6 ($7 if you buy ticket onboard train)

Bus/Coach Transfer

Philadelphia airport is served by three SEPTA bus routes at zone 1 of the Arrivals Road outside of baggage claim: Route 37, Route 115 and Route 108. A single ride transit fare is $2.50 and for an additional $1.00, you can board the bus.

SEPTA provide public transit like buses at a fare of $2.25 per ride in cash or you can buy tokens in packs of 2, 5, or 10 for $1.80 per token. Tourists can have SEPTA convenience pass at $8, valid for 8 trips on bus; Independence Pass at $12 for individual, $29 for a family and unlimited rides on all modes of transport including the Phlash bus, however, it’s only valid on Regional Rail after 9:30am weekdays, but anytime on weekends.

Transfer by Taxi

Philadelphia airport taxi charge a flat-rate of $28.50 for a one-way trip (airport access fee already included) to travel to Centre City Philadelphia.

An additional $1.00 ($3.00) per passenger after the first passenger will be charged on flat-rate trips between the airport and Centre City for passengers well above 12 years. All taxis accept credit cards.
